AGE LIMIT OCCUPANCY

Age Requirement

At least 1 or more individuals listed on the reservation must be Age 25 or older. The apartment security does not allow renters under the age of 25. Resort security will refuse entry at the gate if you can't produce ID to match the reservation & age requirement.

Occupants

Only the number (#) of guests on reservation at time of booking are permitted to occupy the condo. There will be an extra fee for extra vehicles/guests. Contact your host for details.

*Booking fee covers 1 vehicle per reservation & use of amenities. If additional vehicles and/or visitors will be coming to the apartment, please contact your host to arrange parking pass & additional fees.
