What's the different about stay with Corporate Suites?

• Keller Hotel's Corporate Suites offers an authentic residential experience. With offices open 7 days a week, guest service available 24 hours a day and our own in-house design team, guests enjoy unrivaled hospitality and responsiveness for long-term stays.

What are the minimum stay requirements?

• In accordance with local city law, New York City and San Francisco both require a minimum stay of 30 days in a furnished apartment rental. Many other locations can accept shorter stays of as little as five days. Please check with your host regarding specific cities and their minimum stay requirements.

Where are your apartments located?

• The majority of our apartments are located in New York City (Midtown Manhattan, New Orleans, Dallas, London and Accra Ghana ); Our apartments are located in residential buildings within various neighborhood's throughout the cities we serve, with easy access to public transportation, central business districts and conveniences such as grocery stores, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, dry cleaning, etc.

What is the difference between a furnished apartment and a Hotel?

• A hotel room provides little more than a bed and bath, while Keller Hotel's Corporate Suits offers fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. Residents can prepare their own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax.

What are the cost advantages of staying with Keller Hotels Corporate Suites a typical hotels?

• On average our rates are 10%-30% less than comparable hotels. With a full kitchen, residents also have the option to cook their own meals and save money on dining out. There are no Vat or Taxes with 30 day stay.  Some property have free parking for your rental. Hotel charge by the day for parking.

What do I pay. on taxes for a Keller Hotel's Corporate Suite Apartment?

• The initial 30 days have passed, guests are not responsible for taxes. Reservations of 90 days or more are not taxed. Each state and country is different as for taxes and Vat or concern.  Please with your Host about taxes.

Are there Landry Facilities?

• The majority of our apartments contain laundry facilities, either within the unit itself or the building.

Are housing keeping services provided?

• Housekeeping is an add-on service that can be arranged for an extra cost.

Are utilities included in the apartment rent?

• All apartment rentals include a utilities allowance for gas, electric, local and basic cable.

How to make a reservation?

• You may make an apartment reservation by phone at (646) 619-5802 or by filling out a Reservation Request Form. Self-service online booking is available for select properties.

Is security deposit required?

• No, our apartments do not require a security deposit.

What if I want to stay in a location Keller Hotels corporate Suite is not located?

• Please call us or fill out a Reservation Request Form with your desired dates and location. We do not list every property on the website.
